23rd St Home

The “Phoenix” block is our take on a classic mid century modern 8 pointed chamfered star pattern. You’ll see similar shaped blocks here in Phoenix as well as Palm Springs and other pockets of modern homes across the country. Our version is a little smoother and with its two-sided cast, allows for a thinner wall design. 

This home is a great example of how just a few blocks in a low wall format can completely change the curb appeal. It added a modern twist to this home’s frontage, and we were told the home sold within one day after being listed.  We’re so glad that home builders and remodelers like these are seeing the benefits and the beauty of our blocks.
